1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

3Registration & Account Management

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. UFA99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your own negligence.
• Please notify UFA99 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account transfers to third parties are strictly prohibited.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

UFA99 accepts all of the following local Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed automatically within the stated timeframe and no additional processing fees are charged by UFA99:

UFA99 does not accept deposits made in cash or via unlisted international payment methods. All deposits must be made using a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name — deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

UFA99 reserves the right to conduct financial compliance checks (KYC — Know Your Customer) prior to processing any withdrawal, to ensure the security of your transaction.

5Withdrawals

UFA99 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes to a registered Malaysian bank account or e-wallet. UFA99 VIP members enjoy priority withdrawals processed in under 5 minutes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the UFA99 member account.
• UFA99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your IC or bank statement) before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding RM 5,000.
• Winnings obtained using bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Any withdrawal suspected to be linked to fraud, money laundering, or misconduct may be placed on hold pending the outcome of an investigation.

6Bonus & Promotions

UFA99 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions, which must be understood before any bonus is accepted:

• First Deposit Bonus (100% up to RM 888): A 25x wagering requirement applies to the total bonus amount received. This must be completed within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Daily Deposit Bonus (variable rates): 20x wagering requirement applies. Only one deposit bonus may be claimed at a time.
• Weekly Cashback (5%): Calculated based on net losses from the previous week. No wagering requirement — withdrawable immediately.
• Daily Free Spins (10 spins): Winnings from Free Spins are subject to a 15x wagering requirement.

7Game Rules

• All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled.
• Should a technical issue occur during an active game, the affected round or hand may be declared void and your wager will be returned to your account balance.

8Member Conduct & Responsibilities

As a UFA99 member, you agree to conduct yourself in a responsible and respectful manner at all times. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the UFA99 platform and may result in disciplinary action, including account closure without prior notice:

• Using abusive, offensive or bullying language toward other members or UFA99 staff across any communication channel.
• Sharing your account information or password with others, or allowing any other person to play using your account.
• Attempting to hack, attack or disrupt the operations of the UFA99 platform.
• Claiming illegitimate winnings or attempting to manipulate game outcomes in any manner whatsoever.
• Engaging in any money laundering activities through the UFA99 platform.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their UFA99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid cash balances (including real money but excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method.

• UFA99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• In cases of serious violations such as fraud or money laundering, UFA99 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the relevant account and report the activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Members whose accounts have been closed due to a breach of terms are not permitted to re-register using different information.

10UFA99 Liability Limits

Under no circumstances shall UFA99 be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.

• UFA99 does not guarantee that our platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. However, we are committed to restoring any disruptions as quickly as possible.
• UFA99's total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the preceding 12 months.

11Changes to Terms & Conditions

UFA99 reserves the right to modify, amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational needs, legal changes or service improvements. All changes will take effect after members have been notified through the following methods:

• Email sent to the address registered to the member's account.

Your continued use of the UFA99 platform after the effective date of any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your real money balance before the effective date.
